In October 2011 Laura and her family adopted a little girl named Ruchi from an orphanage in New Delhi, India. Laura wrote and recorded a song in Ruchi's honor and released it on the lastest Azalea City Recordings CD Sampler. This song features the tabla of Broto Roy with guitar and violin by Tom Prasada Rao. Produced by Marco Delmar.
